The Working Edge was established in 1997 in Brisbane with a broad goal of facilitating optimal fit between individuals, their work and organisations for which the work is performed. Our initial focus was on providing injury/disability management training and policy support to employers. In 2000, we "sea-changed", relocating to northern New South Wales where our focus broadened to meeting the psychological needs and wants of people in work and general life. Our services now include
